Owned by us for 1 year, always kept clean and up to maintenance. All season package, extra insulation and central heat and Ac. Heat runs off of propane comes with 2 -30LB propane tanks , AC is electric.
Has upgraded flooring installed around 7 months ago, carpet was removed, bedroom still has carpet. No soft spots or mold was found when floor was renovated. All appliances are included (fridge, stove which is gas as well as the oven, microwave, couch is included, mattress will be removed, decor will be removed as well. Tvs will remain for buyer. Has working fireplace (electric) water works as should. Has an awning that comes out above porch area. We have original shades that go over windows that will be provided to buyer as well, we removed only due to preference of look. We have two more kitchen table chairs they are folded and stored, 4 altogether. has an upgraded kitchen sink faucet. lots of storage. always have had dehumidifiers running in bedroom, bathroom and downstairs. Has a washer and dryer hookup in bathroom closet as pictured. Ac was maintained, and rebuilt main ac unit last summer. Heat blows hot air always have had a maintained temp in winter even with negative temperature. Has three slide outs. slides work as should.
Outside there are foam boards all the way around the bottom that helped with insulation. Will get tire pictures when it is removed and snow is gone. Was just cleared through inspection last january. We are relocating to another state and need to offload.
