Condition: One is lightly used, the other new in original sealed package.

Clear plastic emergency poncho. Perfect for hiking, camping, or other outdoor activities. Put one in your backpack, or in your car's glove box, and save it for a rainy day.
Light weight. Supposedly, it's single use, but with good care can last for a while.
