I am looking for a professional researcher/student/entrepenuer/retiree or a business professional that is good at developing quality marketing and sales lists. Someone who is detailed--intuitive--resourceful--skilled and enjoys what can at times seem like highly tedious--repetitive and redundant work.

I am looking for someone who has marketing--sales or even telemarketing experience preferably because at times a call may need to be made in order to extract certain information and skills at getting past gatekeepers are essential in order to gain that data, but I am open to working with someone who is really good at following directions as well as has good time management skills--phone skills and is competent and reliable and can meet deadlines. Most importantly someone whom can follow my lead!!!!!!!! Someone who is good at gathering good quality company information.

I am most interested in quality lead generation and targeted list gathering than quantity, yet I will ask for an understanding or at least agreement that you can accurately gather x amount of quality data per hour as a projection that I can evaluate you against in ongoing (14) or (30) day assessments or performance evaluations. More will be discussed in the pre- interview--pre--screening process.

Having a food and beverage background in any capacity may give you an edge as well. I am a professional food and beverage consultant who also owns a staffing--event planning and catering company. Due to Covid 19 I have decided to completely re-tool my business model and operational infrastructure and how I will pursue clients in the future post Covid 19 as to be on the cutting edge and current in terms of how business in my industry of choice with be commenced in 2021/2022 and future.

My territory of new client aquisition has also expanded into the following states:

What will also be helpful is if you are good with basic technology and Microsoft and Google programs which I mainly use such as:

As well as:

CRM Software
Meetings Software
App Technology
Database Technology

I also upon hire may add you as a user on both my google business platforms as well as standard marketing programs and CRM platforms that I use. Any familiarity with CRM and how best to utilize them will be highly sought after as well. My goal is for this position to be a permanent part time contract position leading up to a constant 20 hours a week at minimum weekly.

This position can be 100 percent done remotely although you can gain access and can work in one of my (3) office locations as well.

For now I will start with (10) hours per week on a (60) DAY TRIAL PERIOD. I'm looking for the professionals who do what they say and not tell me want I want to hear in order to gain the contract. I will certainly test your abilities before I will offer you any sort of additional hours or advancement opportunity.

If after (60) days I am happy with the progress of the research and the lists I will be willing to make this a permanent position as either an independent contractor or an employee of my company and an extension of my creative or marketing--sales or administrative teams. This is a constantly evolving and growing position. I am looking for highly dedicated--efficient and effective professionals.
