German student or native speaker to practice simple German sentences (Ellicott City)

I am the daughter, and I am "familiar" with many words, expressions, and pronunciation, but I would like to develop Speaking abilities. I have a terrific book, that has the kind of simple banter I think would be practical for my use, but I wish I had someone who I could speak out loud with to practice.
Most of the younger relatives can speak English, but my older relatives, do not, and I'd like to be able to be able to participate in some way with my mom's nieces and nephews that are still living.
I could order another copy of my book, and we could meet in person, or by zoom, and perhaps develop a friendship along the way.
