✅ Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience dispatching in the flatbed trucking industry
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, load boards, and route planning
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple trucks
Experience using dispatch software (TMS, DAT, etc.) is a plus
💼 Responsibilities
Dispatch and manage daily routes for company drivers
Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and receivers
Monitor driver locations, delivery schedules, and resolve issues in real time
Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations
Maintain accurate records of loads, drivers, and communication
