We are expanding operations in Baltimore and seeking dependable Drivers and Depot Operators to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company with long-term career potential.
📍 Location:
Baltimore, MD
🗓 Schedule:
• Wednesday – Sunday
• Two Shifts Available (Day & Night)
• Open availability required
✅ Requirements:
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Pass drug screen and background check
• Tech-savvy: able to use tablets, mobile apps, GPS, and company software daily
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Flexible and willing to work weekends/rotating shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
💼 Job Responsibilities:
Drivers
• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company safety standards
• Utilize tablets and company apps to track routes, complete checklists, and log shift data
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate promptly with dispatch and management regarding schedule or equipment needs
• Follow strict phone-use and mapping policies while on duty
Depot Operators
• Support daily depot operations, including logging in/out equipment and vehicles
• Manage company devices (tablets, fingerprint systems, safety equipment, etc.)
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and coordinating driver shifts
• Monitor and report attendance, compliance, and operational updates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe depot environment
