We are a real estate investment company looking for a reliable, experienced plumber for ongoing residential work. Projects include renovations, repairs, and occasional emergency calls. We work throughout Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, Harford, and PG counties.
Scope of Work Includes:
-Punch out repairs
-Rough-ins and finish plumbing
-Water heater installs
-Fixture installs (toilets, vanities, tubs, showers)
-Drain and supply line repairs
-Leak diagnostics and repairs
Requirements:
-Proven plumbing experience
-Reliable transportation and tools
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Professional communication
-Licensed preferred (not required, but a plus)
