West Shire Decks is looking for experienced subcontractor crews to partner with us on residential deck projects throughout Northern Maryland.
We are a growing deck contractor specializing in high-quality composite decks and outdoor living spaces. We have a steady pipeline of work and are looking for reliable subcontractor crews that take pride in quality craftsmanship.
Projects Include:
• New deck construction
• Deck replacements and additions
• Composite decking installation
• Railings and stairs
• Outdoor living projects
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in deck building and general carpentry
• Ability to read and follow project plans
• Knowledge of proper framing, ledger attachment, post footings, and decking installation
• Familiarity with TimberTech, Trex, or similar composite products
• Must provide your own tools and transportation
• Liability insurance required
• Strong work ethic and professional communication
• Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
Compensation:
• Competitive per-project pricing based on experience
• Prompt payment upon project completion
• 1099 independent contractor relationship
