We are a 24/7 restoration and reconstruction company experiencing strong growth — and we’re looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager who can successfully manage multiple projects, deliver quality results, and exceed customer expectations.
Project Oversight
*Plan, schedule, and manage multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously
*Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and inspections
*Ensure projects stay on scope, on budget, and on schedule
*Conduct site visits and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Customer & Insurance Communication
*Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, and vendors
*Provide consistent updates to customers during stressful loss events
*Navigate insurance requirements, documentation, and approvals
*Prepare or review estimates, change orders, supplements, and invoicing
Documentation & Compliance
*Maintain thorough project documentation (photos, notes, approvals, site logs)
*Document changes, delays, and required supplements
*Ensure compliance with company, safety, and regulatory standards
Teamwork & Leadership
*Build strong relationships with subcontractors and field crews
*Hold vendors accountable to timelines and quality
*Collaborate with internal mitigation, estimating, and office teams
Required:
*Experience in construction, restoration, or reconstruction project management
*Strong understanding of trades, scopes of work, and jobsite sequencing
*Excellent communication skills with homeowners, adjusters, and subcontractors
*Ability to manage multiple active jobs without losing organization
*Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
*Ability to work in a high-change, interruption-driven environment
