Al Packer’s White Marsh Ford is seeking a MOBILE TECHNICIAN to drive a company truck to customer locations and perform basic auto maintenance and minor repairs outside of the dealership. Auto lube, maintenance and/or repair experience is required.

Responsibilities - Mobile Service Technician:
 

• Drive a company truck to customer locations and perform auto maintenance and repairs 
• Organize and prepare for the day's appointments
• Consult with customer on work to be performed and perform a multi-point inspection
• Estimate the parts and time needed for repair/maintenance work
• Perform quality repair work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards
• Test vehicle both before and after repair
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Other duties may be assigned according to skill and certifications

Requirements - Mobile Service Technician: 

• Experience in automotive mechanical repairs is required
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be articulate and professional
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
