MANTECH seeks a motived, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team the Hanover MD locion within the Secure Supply Chain Management Framework.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Inventory Management and reconciliion of purchase orders and receipt of purchases.

• Maintaining a calog of equipment th can be purchased on the contract

• Assisting and reporting on equipment for projects and refresh.

• Asset Management dabase analysis and maintenance.

• Asset reporting and reconciliion between multiple systems.

• Shipping and receiving of equipment.

• Reports weekly sent to Regional Logistics Manager

• Travel to other sites to assist in duties

• Performs other, reled duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualificions:

• 2+ years of experience

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Experience providing receipt, accountability, stocking and inventory of electronic equipment and components.

• Experience with da entry to query and enter informion for supply, acquisition and inventory purposes.

• Experience with recording purchase request documention for acquisition of component items from vendors.

• Able to maintain records to account for items shipped (dabase & paperwork).

Preferred Qualificions:

• Handheld Scanner experience.

• Experience working in ServiceNow.

• Experience performing logistics functions in a cleared environment.

• Dabase design / MS Excel proficiency.

• Technical writing

• Experience in Jira system

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to move and lift 50 pounds.

• Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50%.

• Constantly operes a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculor, copy machine and computer printer.

• The person in this position frequently communices with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentions.
