Scope of Work May Include:
Full exterior house painting (siding, trim, soffits)
Front porches
Back decks
Front stair railings
Scraping, sanding, and proper prep work
Caulking and priming
Pressure washing
Clean detail work suitable for resale
Requirements:
Proven exterior painting experience
Own tools and equipment
Reliable transportation
Ability to meet project deadlines
