We are currently seeking experienced Drywall Metal Stud Foremen and Lead Foremen to join our team for multi-state commercial construction projects across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
Position Details:
Pay: $45–$48 per hour (based on experience)
Full benefits package provided upon hire
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead drywall framing and metal stud installation crews
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Coordinate field layout and installation procedures
Utilize Procore (or similar project management tools) and perform field coordination
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
Expedite workflow and maintain productivity on-site
Requirements:
Proven experience as a commercial construction foreman
Strong background in drywall framing and installation procedures
Ability to read blueprints and manage crews effectively
Experience with construction software (e.g., Procore) preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Additional Opportunities:
We are also seeking qualified Superintendents willing to travel for out-of-state projects, including theater construction.
Ideal candidates will be highly skilled, dependable, and capable of managing complex projects.
