We are local investors renovating residential properties throughout Baltimore, PG county, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a licensed and reliable roofing contractor for an immediate project, as well as ongoing work of roof repairs, replacements, or gutter work.
Typical Scope Includes:
• Full asphalt shingle roof replacements
• Roof repairs and leak fixes
• Chimney repair
• Plywood or flashing replacement
• Gutter installation, replacement, or repairs
Requirements:
• MHIC licensed
• Experience with residential roofing
• Own tools and equipment
• Reliable crew that shows up and completes jobs on schedule
• Must communicate clearly and consistently
Compensation:
