We are seeking an experienced residential construction crew or general contractor to handle full-house renovation projects throughout Maryland. We renovate a large volume of fix and flips per year and are looking to establish long-term relationships with reliable crews that want steady year-round work.
Typical Projects Include:
Full-house renovations
Kitchen remodel
Bathroom remodels
Framing/drywall installation and repair
Interior and exterior painting
Electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets)
Plumbing work
LVP flooring installation
Trim and finish carpentry
Doors and windows
Deck and exterior repairs
Punch-out work
What We Are Looking For:
Experienced crew capable of handling residential renovations
Own tools, equipment, and transportation
Ability to provide progress photos and updates
Professional workmanship and attention to detail
