FULL-TIME Maintenance / Groundskeeper – Apartment Community (Baltimore County)
Pay: $25/hour + Room for Growth
We are seeking a full-time, hard-working, reliable Maintenance / Groundskeeper to help keep our apartment community clean, safe, and a great place to live. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative, and cares about resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Drywall repair and patching
• Painting and apartment turnover work
• Cleaning hallways, common areas, and grounds daily
• Lawn care and landscaping
• Snow removal and salting during winter weather
• General maintenance and property upkeep
• Responding to maintenance requests professionally and respectfully
What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Initiative—someone who sees what needs to be done and does it
• Experience in maintenance or construction preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
• Positive attitude and interest in keeping tenants happy
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift/move materials
• Availability for occasional on-call or weather-related duties
Compensation:
• $25 per hour (full-time position)
