This is a full-time 40 hour per week position; the schedule will be a 3-12's shift and it will be a mix of days and evenings.

We are looking for fora registered Radiology Technologist with excellent communicion skills. 

The Diagnostic Technologist will make a difference on our team by performing diagnostic medical radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures through interpretion.

Primary Duties:

• Acquires ordered images including evaluing these images for technical quality. Sends images to approprie destinions for interpretion. 

• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of work areas. Reports any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions. Maintains X-ray and other equipment in efficient opering order. Performs preventive maintenance regularly.

• Obtains pient history, answers pient questions, and explains procedures. Transports pients to radiographic room and prepares and maintains room.

• Performs radiographic examinions. Prepares written documention such as evaluion results, individualized trement plans, and progress reports. 

• Requests and orders supply.

Qualificions:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in the Ste of Maryland.

• Basic Life Support (BLS).

• Associe degree preferred.
