IT Support Desk (Lutherville)

We are seeking an individual for Help Desk. We are a growing company in the metro area with satellite locations around the Beltway and moving to a national footprint.

We provide internal PM and tech support both on-site and remotely to our customers.

You are a great fit if: you like people, know the Microsoft environment, can travel to our offices and want to learn.
3 years’ experience required.

Further, skills with Windows Server, Desktop, Office365 and Network Architecture are good to have.

Roles/Responsibilities
Provide support for implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage a variety of IT related projects.
• Provide Tier 1, 2, 3 Help Desk problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
• Manage the daily activities regarding the operation of IT systems and workstations.
• Aid users in accessing and using workstations, IP phones, and printers.
• Provide on-site support as needed to locations around the Balt/DC area.

Requirements/Education
• Bachelor’s degree in computer related field or (3) years of technical work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• A valid driver’s license/insurance and personal vehicle.
