Windows 10 Pro + additional software. Good response times. As one metric, boots up from completely off in about 1 minute.

Includes power cord. Battery definitely holds a charge although I tended to use this laptop almost exclusively plugged in. Battery holds a charge.

Excellent option for someone who just needs a working laptop. $40 price is firm. Just the SSD in this laptop is worth more than $40.
