My late wife and I previously lived in the 1st unit and rented the Studio Apartment unit via Airbnb for a number of years, but are now switching to offering it as a long-term rental. Mere blocks from Whole Foods, Ekiben, CVS, Sweetgreen, Kneads Bakery and Cafe, Bin 604 Winery, Starbucks, the luxury shops and restaurants of Harbor East, and the bohemian shops of Fells Point.
