Replacement tenant(s) will need to submit an application to Brooks Management (www.brooksmanagementcompany.com) and be approved. Replacement tenant(s) will need to pay the application fee (~$65). If replacement tenant(s) want to "hold" the apartment they will need to make a separate payment for the security deposit equal to one month's rent.
You can keep any of the following furniture/equipment for no additional $$
-Bedroom: Full size memory foam bed w/ bed stand, 6-drawer dresser (ample room for 2 people's worth of clothes), ample night stand w/ spacious drawers, window curtain (we installed it and meets landlord's requirements), bedroom closet hanger organizer (we installed)
-Kitchen: appliance organizer cart, assorted drawer organizers
-Living Room: Sofa (8-years old and has some regular wear/tear but is sturdy, clean and comfortable), TV console/stand, small desk, office chair, modem & router (ISP is Xfinity), 5-tier bookshelf, 3 window drop-down shades (we installed them and meet the landlord's requirements), table, two chairs
-ALSO: In-apartment storage closet organizer, additional furniture (has regular wear and tear)
You can also keep any cleaning supplies and every-day household items we leave behind. We will not pay for a professional cleaning service or repaint but we will repair drywall holes (resulting from removal of frames and such) and perform basic cleaning and leave the apartment in good condition and ready-to-use. Our dog (yorkie) is hypoallergenic and housetrained and did/does not soil the apartment. You have the option to keep cutlery and other similar day-to-day items (can discuss during tour)
**If you want a well-kept 1-yr old established saltwater aquarium with multiple corals and one anemone we can sell you ours for $600 which includes maintenance equipment, water purification system and MORE but you must act ASAP**
