They are all by Athenatech, mid-tower, with four 5.25" external bays, no drives, and use standard ATX power supplies. (Not included.)
Mount either an ATX or Micro-ATX motherboard inside.
The black model is an AthenatechA4224, and the black/silver is their model A412WW.
Each also has room for either a memory card reader in the 3.5" size, or any other gadget, usually for more USB ports. (Search for an internal 3.5" internal hub.)
