Job Description

This position is responsible for the implemention, maintenance, performance tuning, and capacity management for all organizional software and systems as directed by management and senior staff. This position will provide software applicions delivery support and mentoring for Associe Software Engineers. 

• Lead the design and implemention of software solutions th meet business requirements and technical specificions.  
• Develops and implements software solutions, standards, processes, and security.  
• Collaboring with product managers, architects, QA, and other stakeholders to gher and refine software requirements and developments.  
• Maintaining and enhancing existing software applicions through bug fixes and feure enhancements.  
• Keeping up to de with emerging technologies, including advancements in AI-driven testing, and industry trends to continuously improve software development and quality assurance practices.  
• Develop, implement, and maintain test stregies, plans, and comprehensive test cases.  
• Design, develop, and maintain automed test suites for software validion.   
• Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring resolutions are implemented effectively. 
• Continuously improve test processes to enhance efficiency and coverage.   
• Develop and enhance automed testing frameworks and tools.   
• Integre automed tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and delivery.   
• Monitor and analyze test results, ensuring build stability before deployment.   
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage and enforce testing best practices.   
• Document automed test cases, test plans, and results for knowledge sharing.   
• Report issues using test management tools with detailed replicion steps.  
• Collabore with software engineers to cree and maintain test artifacts.   
• Coordine with functional users for user acceptance testing (UAT), integrion testing, and regression testing.

• Participe in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.  
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a plus but not required.

Qualificions

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informion Systems or reled fields.
• Three (3) plus years of progressive relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to break down complex problems into smaller components and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communicion skills. Ability to collabore effectively within a team and across different functional groups.
• Strong tention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to follow coding standards and best practices.
• Flexibility to work on different projects and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
• Demonstre ability to work independently and take initiive. Eagerness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges.

Additional Informion

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $74,064.94 and $133,901.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-reled factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic locion; licensure and certificions; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
