I am looking for an entrepreneur who wants to launch an I.T. consulting service.
The service will focus on helping clients implement process improvements through task automation and data integration. The target markets will be SMB’s and small organizations.
Businesses and organizations face a daunting array of competing software products for automation and integration to choose from. This service will guide them in the selection of solutions that best fit their processes, as well as implement the solutions. I believe that every organization is unique and that one product doesn’t fit all.
I have many years of software development experience and consulting. I can provide the technical skills in this partnership. That is, I can build custom software and perform installations as needed.
I am seeking a partner who:
Is willing to start with little or no income.
Is a good listener.
Has good customer relations skills.
Wants to work with clients to gather requirements and present proposals.
Has interests or experience in business process improvement.
Any experience or interest in user interface design would be a plus.
There will be no requirement to contribute any money to the business as a partner. Contributions will be in the form of labor. Compensation will come from profit sharing.
We will work together on marketing and a business plan.
I will use a vetting process, including interviews and background checks, followed by a trial period before commitment to a partnership.
