Startup seeking a CTO partner to build and develop a database and app. The company is a little over a year old with a proven track record and the entire idea is mapped out and ready to be developed. The ideal person should have these skills and experiences (but not limited to): Full-stack dev, Database & backend architecture, Maps & geolocation experience, Mobile app dev, Startup / product builder mindset.
