We are looking for several motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Associate. This is an immediate in person position at our location in Beltsville MD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to understand their unique event needs.
- Engage with Venues/Hotels/Malls/Government Agencies to locate Events Management/Rentals opportunities.
- Promote the company for Weddings, Corporate and Social Events.
- Provide exceptional service by offering expert advice and guidance on our extensive range of party rental products and services.
- Collaborate closely with clients to create tailored event packages that exceed their expectations.
- Handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation to guarantee smooth operations from start to finish.
- Assist with showroom maintenance, ensuring a visually stunning and organized space that inspires creativity and excitement.
- Close customer wish list submissions
