Job Description:
We’re looking for motivated, competitive individuals to join our growing sales team. If you’re driven by performance, enjoy working independently, and want to control your income, this is a great opportunity.
This is an outside sales role where you’ll meet with homeowners, run pre-qualified appointments, and close deals. No prior industry experience required—we provide full training.
What You’ll Do:
Meet with homeowners to present our services
Run company-provided and self-generated appointments
Close deals and manage your pipeline
Track activity and results daily
Compensation:
Uncapped commission structure
First-year average: $80,000–$150,000+
Top performers: $200K+
