We are looking for a full-time, in-office, Account Manager. The candidate should be a self-starter, have strong relationship and customer service skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
• Contact new and existing accounts to uncover opportunities and promote our products and capabilities.
• Identify and target sales leads based on market and product offerings.
• Manage and track the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal.
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Building and maintaining relationships, through frequent contact with clients, to understand their needs.
Qualifications (preferred):
• Sales, Business Development, and Customer Support skills, with experience in prospecting and client relationship management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Scientific, or other related field
• Experience in the Packaging, Laboratory or Scientific industry
