Inside Sales Representative - Base Plus Commission

compensation: $40k - $50k + Commission + Benefits
employment type: full-time

Position Description: Call warm leads to qualify and confirm appointments. Leads will be provided by management. (includes new leads provided and follow up calls to leads already in their pipeline). Commissions are based on leads ran and sold. Monthly bonuses provided for meeting or exceeding goals.

QUALIFICATIONS: This is one of the most important positions at our company as our Appointment Setters are often the first person a customer talks to and is an essential part of our sales team.

Mandatory work experience qualifications:

2 years or more experience in inside sales
2 years or more experience using a CRM system for data entry
Experience working with quotas and provable track record of meeting and exceeding quotas

Mandatory personal qualifications:

Strong work ethic
Ability to thrive and maintain a positive attitude in a demanding work environment
Energetic, cheerful, engaging phone voice
Good grammar and diction
Available to work evenings and weekends as well as weekdays
Reliable transportation
Additional Preferred Qualifications:

College degree is preferred but not mandatory depending on individual's experience and track record
Experience telemarketing to homeowners for the solar energy industry or home improvement industry is preferred but not mandatory.
