ServiceMaster Clean in Columbia, MD is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound outreach to commercial prospects, promoting our cleaning and facility services. You will generate new opportunities, conduct on-site assessments, prepare proposals, and drive profitable sales within an assigned territory.
What You’ll Do
Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities
Build strong relationships and secure new commercial accounts
Perform site assessments and prepare accurate, detailed proposals
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain ongoing client communication to support long-term partnerships
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
What You Bring
2+ years of B2B sales experience in a service-based industry
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of pricing, profitability, and service solutions
Valid driver’s license
Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve results
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
