💼 ROLE: Sales & Operations Coordinator
You will be responsible for:
Responding to customer inquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, phone)
Sending price lists and closing sales
Tracking and logging all orders
Coordinating with drivers/truckers for deliveries
Confirming payments and follow-ups
Assisting with weekly route planning (NY, ATL, etc.)
Helping find and onboard new customers (stores + individuals)
✅ IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Strong communicator (fast responder)
Sales-minded (knows how to close)
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, Instagram
Can handle volume and move fast
Reliable and takes initiative
Bonus if:
You understand African/international foods
You’ve done sales or customer service before
💰 COMPENSATION:
Base: $500–$800/month
Commission: 3%–5% on sales you close
💡 High performers can earn $1,000–$2,000+/month as we scale.
⏱️ SCHEDULE:
Flexible, but must be responsive daily
Peak times: when orders are open for each state
