The right person for this opportunity will have at least 3 years management experience in a call center.
This position is responsible for building a robust pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads within their assigned geography and market segments, and to create a system to leverage emails, calls, and social selling tools to build sales.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) quotas.
Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.
Utilize industry knowledge to research and develop accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and identify compelling events.
Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product and its value to the customer.
Track and report on all activities and results using CRM technology.
Collaborate with teammates to inform sales team on details of SQLs
Other duties as assigned.
