We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our daily operations in government procurement. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation and submission of RFQs (Requests for Quotes)
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and product details
- Follow up on quotes, orders, and deliveries
- Support logistics coordination and shipment tracking
- Maintain organized records of bids, suppliers, and orders
- Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Excel and email communication
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in sales, procurement, or administrative roles
- Familiarity with government contracting or logistics
