The Opportunity;
We’re building a commission‑only sales channel for experienced B2B sales professionals who can open doors with:
• Property management companies
• Facility management firms
• Commercial real estate portfolios
• Logistics / industrial / mixed‑use sites
Your role is simple and high‑leverage: identify opportunities, start the conversation, and bring qualified prospects to the table. We handle scoping, proposals, and operations.What You’ll Do;
• Prospect and outreach to commercial decision‑makers (property managers, FM directors, asset managers)
• Set qualified meetings for our leadership team
• Help shepherd opportunities from first contact to signed agreement
• Maintain light relationship follow‑up with your accounts
Ideal Background• B2B sales experience (security, FM, CRE, staffing, or related services preferred)
• Comfortable working on commission‑only with high upside
• Existing contacts in property management, CRE, FM, or commercial services is a major plus
• Professional communication, reliable follow‑through, and long‑term mindset
Compensation• Commission‑only structure
• Percentage of contract value or monthly recurring revenue (exact structure discussed during call)
• Ongoing residuals on accounts you originate (not just one‑time payouts)
