New Wave Endo-Surgical is a fast-growing surgical technology company seeking a Clinical Sales Associate to join our team in the Baltimore, MD region. In this role you will provide case coverage and support in the operating room, educate surgeons and staff on the use of our innovative products, support new account implementations and product evaluations, maintain relationships with surgeons, hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, manage inventory and tracking, and assist with marketing and administrative duties. We're looking for a highly motivated, ethical professional with excellent communication skills who is comfortable in an OR environment and able to travel throughout the region. An associate's or bachelor's degree is required. Compensation includes a base salary of $50k–$60k plus bonus/commission, with total earnings up to $90k. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and travel allowances.
