Price includes all labor to perform the following work for a typical 5' x 10' bathroom:

Demo and remove all trash.
Install new tub, diverter and tile surround.
Install backboard and new tile floor.
Install new vanity, faucet and toilet.
Repair / replace drywall as needed.
Install new baseboards / trim as necessary.
Paint ceiling, walls and trim.
Install TP holder, towel bar, vanity light, mirror etc...

Homeowner to supply tub, diverter, tile and grout, toilet, vanity and faucet, vanity light and mirror and accessories.

I will supply tile backer boards, drywall, thinset etc... (rough-in materials).

I am MHIC licensed and insured and do the work myself - not sub it out.
