I'm disabled and had escaped a dv situation and moved into my roommates house. When I had moved in she still had a lot of back rent, however, and she is getting evicted (I am not but can't afford it myself) Besides that, I am in need of immense community support because of my disability right now (it flares under extreme stress) and a place to live. Preferably with an LGBT+ person or a woman/fem presenting person. Thanks in advance. I have no pets. My boyfriend would be visiting 1-2 times a week to help me with stuff because of my disability. Please text, don't email unless you have to and please don't call without permission. Room price preferably under 600$, closer to 400$ but I know that can be unrealistic, and prefer someone who can work with me on security deposit (payment plan or otherwise.) I was a private chef and can offer making dinners a few times a week if living with someone. I prefer a studio apartment but I know it's unrealistic. Thanks in advance
