I need a room to rent in/around Columbia by August 1st just for myself. It must be month to month.

Minimum 11 x 11 room.
Furnished not necessary.
High speed internet
If you are the homeowner, your ID must match SDAT. If you are a property manager, please provide credentials.
I will not approve of a background check until I see the rental in person and have made the decision to move in. Please don't ask.
Initial email must contain:
1. Rent Amount
2. Utilities amount, if not included in rent
3. Photos of room
4. Acknowledgement of month to month lease.
