Desperately Needs A Place (Baltimore)

I'm a cool, calm, collected, drama free 31 y.o wheelchair bound male looking for a fully wheelchair accessible home and ground level room for rent that doesn't cost no more than 500$ a month. I receives a SSI check of 550$ a month for my disability. I would have to be able to have a hospital bed brought in and be able to have a home nurse/aid come see me for a hour daily or every other day. If you can accommodate all of this, please give me a text or call.
P.S. I absolutely REFUSE to pay any type of application fees. And absolutely REFUSE to pay any type of security deposit or rent without first meeting face to face or without talking to me over the bed delivery people's phone to assure they are ready to setup.
