Cloud-Xpress is looking for an IT/Cloud Client Services Engineer / Expert to manage our Cloud platforms, and provide level 2 support to our client base. The successful candidate will have solid server-side network and system administration skills and a strong commitment to the highest quality of project management and client support. Desired Skills/ Experience/ Attributes
4+ years of experience in network or system engineering and administration
3+ years of experience in deploying Cloud services or Managing migration projects
2+ years of experience in a technical support role including phone support
Expert level experience and understanding of VMware (vSphere + VDI View / Horizon)
Solid understanding and experience with Systems: Windows Server; Linux; MS Exchange; Backup software
Expert with Networks: WAN/LAN TCP/IP; BGP; Security; VOiP
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Dedicated and hardworking with a drive to learn and succeed
The ability to work within deadlines
Good customer service skills with the ability to work with customers in-person and over the telephone
Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues to get the job done
Proficiency in French a plus
Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred
VMware VCP certification preferred
Cisco CCNA certifications preferred
Microsoft certifications preferred
