This camper was well cared for and is in very good condition.
In July of 2023 the roof was repaired and coated with a polyurea coating. The roof is completely maintenance free and has a 20-year guarantee. The warranty is transferrable to the new owner. The buyer will have to pay a $250 inspection fee to Pasadena Bed Linings to keep the warranty valid. There is approximately 16 years left on the warranty. The cost of this roof repair was over $6300.00. Receipts are available.
In May of 2024 the tires were replaced at a cost of $250.00.
In July of 2024 the battery was replaced at a cost of $125.00.
Some minor repairs need to be done.
The plastic shroud around the fan in the bathroom needs to be reinstalled.
The plastic vent cover for the AC needs to be replaced or repaired.
The awning needs to be replaced or repaired. The awning fabric usually costs about $250. This repair can be done by 2 people who have mechanical ability and are good with their hands. The current awing is functional but is in rough shape.
Several of the light fixtures need repair or replacement. Replacement lights are available online for around $20.00.
In the last 3 years I have invested almost $7,000.00 into this camper. The asking price of $7500.00 is very reasonable.
