We just enjoyed a wonderful outing in our beloved camper. When I went to put it up to air it out after we got home, one of the lift cables snapped. It's not a hard fix (I did another one a couple of years ago). Coleman repair/parts business is just up the road north of Frederick. They have tons of great vids on how to do anything you need to do to your popup. Their website is: https://colemanpopupparts.com/

Currently the camper is open to show you how nice it is. I re-did all the cabinets with a gray vinyl to match the gray vinyl floor I also installed. Cushions and mattresses are all solid--no tears or stains. We got this 4 years ago and have used it 25-30 times. We love it. Queen bed on one side, full on the other. Canvas is only about 6 or 7 years old and was nearly perfect until a mouse gnawed its way through over this last winter. We fixed the holes with duct tape on both sides and didn't get a drop of rain last week on our last night where it rained 2 inches in a couple of hours. I DO think it's time to re-apply some seam sealer, but otherwise, she's water tight. The ceiling is a bit soft from prior leaking before we bought it, but, to be clear, the roof DOES NOT LEAK. We've never used the AC unit on top, but the previous owner said it works fine. I replaced the canopy last year, so it has only about 5 or 6 uses on it. This comes with the external stove that hooks into the gas line--all of which work perfectly. This passed MD state inspection when we got it 4 years ago. Tires held air all winter without losing a pound of pressure. Front storage compartment could use some help, as someone stepped on it and cracked the top. It's been sealant-ed closed for a while, but needs some help, or simply have the lid rebuilt. This tows like a dream and if you've never camped in a pop-up before, you'll LOVE the 360-degree screens. Beautiful air flow, fresh air, bird-chirping, true 'out in nature' way to sleep and wake up. This sleeps 5 adults or 6 with smaller bodies. It's a really great camper--I'm just done doing my own repairs.

Let me know if you have questions. I actively manage my CL posts, so if this is up, it's still available. I won't hold it without full payment. This will be an awesome addition to your family's fun. We couldn't have enjoyed it more. Thanks for reading.
