I'm posting here to let you know the master bedroom (unfurnished) in the upper level of a gorgeous townhouse in Loch Raven Village neighborhood are available for rent from June 1st, 2026! (FEMALE only and one renter per room). Rents are $675 (with 1 year lease but I'm flexible with the 9 month lease term as well). The bathroom, dining, living rooms and kitchen will be shared. Water bill is included in rent. BGE and internet comes to about $150-170 per person per month on average. A little bit about the place: it's on Drumwood Rd, off Joppa Rd and Putty Hill Ave Rd (near Towson Place Center). You can walk to many restaurants such as Qdoba, Noodle Charm/Thai Spice, Red Robin, Glory Day, Applebee, Potbelly, etc. In addition, the place is 2 min away from many shopping places such as Walmart, Aldi, Dollar Tree, Weis market, Target, Marshalls, etc. Merritt Athletic Club is walking distance as well. Plenty of street parking in front of and behind the house. Comes with in-house washer/dryer/garbage disposal, shared spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with tons of extra shelving for your stuff.
