Share other facilities with 55 years old single mother and 24 years old son resident, also share one full bathroom and kitchen (all full-size appliances), living and dining rooms, in-unit full size washer dryer, multi parking lot (free), entire space is very clean and organized. Non-smoking inside or outside on grounds, no drugs or excessive drinking.
Your private bedroom has wall-to-wall carpet, a walk-in closet, one large window (forest view, the property offers Central heat and air, controlled in-unit, usually kept around 72-74 degrees. Guests are okay, permitted they are respectful of the property and roommate situation, no loud noise, no smoking or no use of drugs. No pets because we already have a cat. Single occupancy only.
