The room for rent is a large 20 by 20 foot room located on the first floor with French doors leading to a covered paver patio which can be used as a private entrance and exit. This is a great place to grille.
I have a cleaning service come once/month and they are available for your area if you desire.
The property is within walking distance of the light rail, NCR trail ( used for walking, or bilkingand Hunt Valley towne center . I have bikes if you need them.
The cost of rent includes high speed internet, all utilities, trash removal, and HOA dues.
I am seeking a one year minimum leasing agreement( negotiable) with option for extensions
I have one dog who is contained on the second level. Cats are permissible if kept in your room
A security deposit of $950 and the first months rent will be due at signing of lease agreement. The deposit will be returned to you ( minus any monies in need of repair) when you leave.
I ask you have two references from previous landlords, proof of income and a picture ID.
