The second floor contains a large great room with a log burning fireplace, laundry room, a 1/2 bath, the kitchen with an island, (stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishware ) and french doors leading out to a deck with a custom made canvas awning used primarily in the summer.
The third level contains the master bedroom with a double sink, a walk in closet, one full bath, and 2 additional bedrooms which are both available to you.
I have a cleaning service come once/month and they are available for your area if you desire.
I can also offer additional storage space in my attic or garage.
This location is within walking distance of the Hunt Valley Towne Center, the light rail and the NCR trail for biking, walking, or hiking. I have bikes you may use.
The cost of rent includes high speed internet, all utilities, trash removal and HOA dues. Oven and furnace utilize gas.
I will accept a one year minimum leasing agreement with option for extensions.
