Large top level bedroom in beautiful 4-level TH in Hanover. This is a newly carpeted large room with full bath and private roof-top balcony. House is close to Ft. Meade, National Business Parkway, Baltimore, DC, and Annapolis, BWI, MARC, and Arundel Mills. Rent includes all utilities plus Netflix, Hulu and Prime. I do have two very friendly kitties. I'm looking for quiet, clean professional who likes cats (I have two but not looking to add to the feline family). I will also be living in the house.
