The home is organic and natural, no chemical fragrances (colognes, cleaners, detergents, soaps, bath/body products) allowed in the house. Your health will thank me. No mold, no formaldehyde.
The property is a nature/organic oasis in the middle of a relatively-quiet suburban neighborhood. My hens will sing you their egg-laying songs though. Occasional chicken in the house.
Use of highly-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor laundry line, etc.
Personal space in the kitchen shelves and fridges if you need.
Weekly cleaning and laundry available for extra fee.
Shared hall bathroom. Currently no other tenants to share it with (I use the master bath), but the hall bathroom is common space and has to be kept tidy.
