There's a gate with security all day and night. Neighborhood has a gym, clubhouse, pool, and some paths for walking around. It's fenced in and stays pretty peaceful.
Where it's at:
Close to BWI, UMBC, and AACC. Right near Routes 95, 100, 175, and 29. Columbia, Ellicott City, Arundel Mills - you can get to any of those in under 5 minutes.
Can come furnished:
Queen bed and frame, TV, table with 2 chairs, desk, dresser, couple side tables, mirror, ottomans, microwave, kettle, slow cooker. Let me know if you want it furnished or not.
