We are looking to rent our basement. This basement is completely brand new. You will have access to a bedroom with a big closet. A full bathroom, and kitchen and a bonus room that you can use as you prefer. This basement has a separate access door. The basement will be available for rent September 1st, 2025. There is no laundry access. We are looking someone who is a non smoker. No pets allowed. Rent includes utilities and internet access. We will require a $500 deposit.
